We can manage each and every aspect of a project. From the creation of early concept designs, through the maze of complicated planning and statutory processes, including any heritage and listed buildings' sensitivities, to construction and final fit-out stages.
Interior Architecture and Design - The Team works closely with Vaida’s creative direction to produce detailed drawing and specification packages and tender documentation. All interior architectural elements are handled in house from space planning; lighting design; joinery, kitchen and bathroom design.
Build and Project Management - The teams closely monitor the progress of all design elements on site to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly, with regular site visits and coordination with all subcontractors and third parties.
Construction.
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment - The team handles all aspects of the FF&E delivery from design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments and final installation on site for a completely seamless delivery and execution.
Representing furniture, lighting and accessories manufacturers from foreign countries (Europe, America), we visit suppliers' factories and exhibitions, perform strict quality control, so the items we sell are not only of the highest quality, but are usually made to order. We take care of logistics, storage, delivery to the customer's home and installation in the right places. Full “white-gloves” delivery service.
